Adam Warren is a big deal to a lot of the creators of my generation, or at least I like to think he is.  I think for many of us my age he was a gateway drug into manga and anime.  I know that my first exposure to his work was the cover to issue 4 of his Bubblegum Crisis: Grand Mal mini series in this old Dark Horse preview book I had FOREVER (also my first exposures to Concrete, Madman, Hellboy, and Grendel).  Anyways, I think Warren’s Bubblegum Crisis mini is still the best thing he’s ever done comics wise and if you find a copy of it whether single issues or collected, it’s well worth reading.
